Where would one see these decals on a CSX 2000 or 3000 car? Don't think I've ever seen them on any of the originals I've seen up close, but I could have missed it.

Harness tape does not have an adhesive backing.These would have been used at the ends of the harness to keep the harness tape from unraveling.
