THIS ASSEMBLY INCLUDES THE TOP AS SHOWN , THE FILTER ELEMENT, THE BASE AND THE THREADED RODS TO AFIX THE BASE TO THE CARBS. ALL IS IN EXCELLENT LIKE NEW CONDITION.
