I have a GT40 intake for a 351W with spacer for sale. $450. These routinely go for around $500 online because they are not made anymore and generally considered to be a great intake setup.
Here are some pictures. Whoever owned it before me decided to paint the upper black which you can see some is flaking off, the rest is just dust from sitting. Otherwise the intake is in very good condition with no problems. What's not in the pictures is the vacuum tee and gaskets that go along with this package.
I don't have the mounting hardware since the intake was removed over a year ago I have lost the bolts but they shold be easy to pick up at a local hardware store
