This is an ultra-low mile 2002 Saleen S281-E complete with the Speedster Tonneau (not photographed). This is a tremendous, original example of one of the meanest street machines ever offered by Steve Saleen. #41 1 of a limited run of only 20 S281Extreme Convertibles made in 2002 (they also made 34 Coupes). And yes, he signed the inside of the glovebox.
The car is in near new condition, well maintained and driven sparingly when not in climate controlled storage under cover. She still wears the original dealer licence plate brackets, has her original window sticker, and the official press release announcing the S281-E. The only noteworthy flaws found upon inspection was a faded "281 Saleen" call out badge on the passenger side fender and some mild curb scratches on the underside of the chin spoiler.
