Description: What we have here is a used tremec 5 speed tko (fine spline) that we just pulled from our Superformance MKIII.

This tranny was originally put in the car when we bought both new in 2004 from Dynamic Motorsports. It has approx 10k miles on it. The case has been slightly machined as required to fit the spf chassis (you can see this area in the pictures). The neutral start "Ford connector" has been removed, it can be shipped loose if wanted. The 3rd gear synchromesh makes some noise entering 3rd gear but it is still very drivable. Other than that it worked great when pulled about a month ago. Reason for selling is we wanted to change ratios so we went with a mmr pt-900.

$1100 shipped to your door (lower 48 only) - OBO

I realize I don't post much on this site but I use the same username on many other forums and also have great ebay feedback under the username remondi2. Speaking of which, that's where this is headed if nobody snatches it up here first. Thanks for looking.

That appears to be a olt 3550 not a TKO500, the TKO's have a different shifter that is red and the bolt pattern is also different. If there is not a TCETxxxx style number on the tag then it is not a TKO500, you might take a picture of the tag to clear up which type of transmission it is. jimig@standardtransmission.com

Ok, Jimi was right, this is not a 500. It's a TKO II (3550). I apologize for the confusion and have edited the original post.

Here is a spec sheet on it, Here is how to read it's tag, and finally here is a pic of the tag:
