Ford Aluminum 416CID Stroker Short Block
Ford Motorsport Aluminum M-6010-K351 Siamese Large Bore Block - 351W (9.500 deck) w/ 4 bolt splayed steel mains (351C main size) aligned bored cam and mains, square decked, milled .030, cylinders bored to 4.120, oil system modifications, and lifter bores trued. APR Head Studs installed. All machine work complete except final hone for piston ring clearance. (Cost of block plus machining = $6950) (fresh)
Crower non-twist drop forged 430 billet 3.90 stroker crankshaft (original price = $2400). 351C mains w/ rod journals for 2.100/.940 rods - std/std. (Nice - Used)
Carrillo Rods forged billet rods 6.200 length, 2.100/.940 journal, bushed .928 wrist pin end, and 7/16 SPS bolt option. (Original Price = $2300) (New in box)
BME (Bill Miller Engineering) Forged Aluminum Custom Flat Top Pistons 4.115 for 4.120-4.121 bore with .928 wrist pin size, pin fitted, and gas ported. (Original Cost = $1080) (New)
PPE Casidiam Coated Wrist Pins - .928 x 2.950 Casidiam (DLC) coated wrist pins. (Original Cost = $400) (New)
Engine parts combine to form a 416 CID short block. Pistons are thick enough for supercharger and turbo applications and can be flycut for nearly any cylinder head. Piston install height is set to .005 above deck with this combo. The block is designed for a dry sump or external wet sump system. This is a hard to find block that is capable of being bored to at least 4.150.
Total cost for block, crank, rods, pistons and pins = $13,130
