Due to medical and other bills I am forced to sell my beautiful Shell Valley Classic Wheels, Inc. 1967 replica Cobra. The car was factory assembled in 2011 at the Shell Valley Classic Wheels plant in Nebraska from their kit, with the powertrain being supplied from Engine Factory.com in New Jersey. I took delivery in November of 2011. Since then I have driven it an easy 1600 miles. (no burn-outs or racing)
The factory hand laid fiberglass body is kevlar reinforced mounted onto a 3/16th inch thick 2x4 tubular frame which is fully powdercoated in black. The front suspension is a custom Mustang II strut-eliminator with tubular A-arms and QA-1 coilovers. The rear is a narrowed Ford 9-inch, custom adjustable triangulated 4-link with Moser axles, 3.50 gear ratio, Tru-trac locker and QA-1 coilovers. The motor is a fully polished 351W block rated at 435 hp with Edelbrock Endurashine intake and carburetor. The transmission that makes it all go is a Tremec TKO-600 5-spd. The paint is a beautiful Lamborghini frost titanium with the dual stripes in Ford tuxedo black metallic. The interior is black leather with silver/gray piping. The original Motolito walnut steering wheel along with the matching shifter knob accent this beauty which was build for show-n-go! This Cobra sits on pin drive Vintage Wheels and Cooper Cobra tires: front 235/60-15 rear 295/50-15
You will receive the original build album w/photos, car cover, convertible top (never used), cockpit tonneau cover and tool kit.
This car was featured this past May at Carlisle Import & Kit Nationals for the invitational display.
