ORIGINAL and ready to run Early ‘60’s Factory Ford
3-deuce Buddy Barr/Holley tri-power setup!
KILLA LOOKS & BADASS nostalgia at it's best...
I was forced to sell my Ford project and now this
rare piece of Ford Racing history is just sitting in
my basement waiting for a nasty small block
Windsor to get back on the streets!
I can count on one hand the number of complete
3-deuce units like this one I've ever seen, if your
looking for a neat set up for your muscle, rat, hot
street truck, rod or boat...then here it is!
Off of a running Mustang...and running VERY good!
These were listed for '63-'64 (and MAYBE 1965)
Comet, Fairlane, and Falcon small block 260ci and
289ci V-8 engines...and maybe Cobra cars...
Documentation is difficult to find on these rare special-order parts...
Holley supplied the 2300 "G" carb's. only...Buddy
Barr cast the intakes for this rare set-up...
"2300-G" carb's were dedicated Tri-Power ONLY!
The rebuild kit for these are still available and the
standard single parts like jets, power valve,
bowl screws, squirter, pump, cams, etc. are still
available also!
-rebuild kit is #3-888 for both carb's.
ORIGINAL and CORRECT primary & outboard carb's
verified by Holley!…Matching set!…
VERY difficult to find all THREE carb's for this
set-up still together AND working perfectly!
Outer carb's are list #2868 and are both rated
@ 265-CFM and EACH dated 392.
Build Date; 1963, Sept.-2nd week
Center carb is list #2867 and rated @ 200-CFM
and dated 391.
Build Date; 1963, Sept.-1st week
TOTAL cfm = 200+265+265= 730-CFM!
PERFECT for a HOT street Stroker!
I have not pulled the carb's to try and find any
Ford part or engineering numbers...so it's possible
the absence of casting numbers is that the unit is
such an early prototype, the engineering numbers
are crudely electric-penciled in an obscure location,
like between the carburetors pads or nonexisting.
This factory CORRECT setup includes both original
fuel rail and original progressive throttle linkage, the
air cleaner base looks to be factory correct, and
the ''COBRA'' lid looks good and fits well, just bolt it
on and GO!!!
I will include three HOLLEY brand rebuilt kits and
three CUSTOM fabricated 1.5" carburetor spacers!
ALSO included is a '60's vintage MOON EQUIPPED
Tri Power FINNED aluminum fuel block!...ya just do
not see these anymore!...
Also includes a Tri Power emblem in red-white-blue!
...I was gonna grind down the a spot between the
ribs on the oval air cleaner lid and tack the emblem
in its place!
But now it's up to somebody else...
Please call or email me with ANY questions!
***NOTE: I'm in the process of switching banks
right now so my Paypal account does NOT have my
banking account attached to it!
