Description: Well, due to several reasons, and as much as I hate to do it, I must sell my Shell Valley Cobra replica. I am selling it with everything you see in the pictures, except for engine, scatter shield, and transmission...those three items stay. In fact, the engine block and transmission still belong to my dad, so they are not mine to get rid of. Anyway, I will try and describe each major part of the build to the best of my ability.

Chassis- Shell Valley rectangular tube. Out front is tubular upper and lower control arms. The lower control arms are the "strut rod eliminator" type, which are wider where they mount to the frame, thus negating the need for strut rods. Steering is manual rack and pinion, mated to a Shell Valley steering sector, which is connected to the polished stainless steel steering column. Front brakes are from SVC as well, which utilizes 11", 5-lug Granada rotors, and a slick adapter plate that uses large GM calipers. Earls stainless steel braided brake lines connect the caliper to the polished and clear coated steel brake lines. QA1 adjustable coilover shocks are on all four corners. The current motor and transmission mounts are for a Ford FE and a toploader transmission, but the transmission mount could be changed pretty easily. The motor mounts can be replaced by simply unbolting them, and installing whichever mount you want, to accept your engine of choice. Out back is a 4-link shortened 9" Ford rear end with new Moser 28-spline axles. The limited slip 3rd member was totally rebuilt by Spring Valley Custom Differentials in California, and fitted with 3.55 gears, which are also new. The axle bearings are also new. Rear brakes are Ford SVO (now called SVT) disc brakes that uses an internal emergency brake that are basically small drum-type brake shoes that sit inside the "hat" on the rotor. All components are new as well. The fuel tank is mounted, and fill hose mocked up and in place, all the way up to the Le Mans style flip-open gas cap.

Body- SVC fiberglass. Everything that mounts to the body, such as the headlights, turn signals, tail lights, fender badges, hood handles, side louvers, trunk handle, rear license plate light, door latches, and Le Mans gas cap are all new. Interior includes a 1 3/4" polished stainless steering column with a quick-release hub for the steering wheel, mainly to make it easier to get in and out of. There is a custom 1/8" aluminum dashboard that was polished, then sandblasted with the checkerboard pattern with 1" squares. This can be used, or omitted. The roll bar was upgraded from 1 1/2 to SVC's more modern 2" tube, and is of the three mount variety. I do not have the windshield or frame, but that is basically all that is needed before bodywork could be started, as everything else is there, and mocked up.

Misc.- Not mentioned above, but also included is master cylinder, Wilwood clutch master cylinder, pedal box assembly, slave cylinder, "AC" clutch and brake pedals, custom built accelerator pedal, dropped footboxes, hood prop rod, headers for Ford FE, ceramic coated sidepipes (bolted on and used for a short time on a friends Cobra, but in great shape), aluminum radiator, radiator mount, body mounting kit, start switch and hi-beam indicator light, build manual.

Wheels and tires- You obviously are not going to keep these on a finished car, but they are included in the sale, just to be able to move it around.

This is NOT a donor build. Every part purchased for car is BRAND NEW, with the exception of rear end (totally rebuilt), and side pipes, which again, are in great condition. I have never had any intentions whatsoever of getting rid of this car, as it has been my dream-car for years. Every part purchased, and all work done, was done with this in mind. In other words, I have not cut corners, or took the "cheap way out" with any part of the build. The car obviously needs finished, but is a solid foundation from which to build on.

Also note, I am the original and only owner, and Cobra body and chassis comes with the manufacturers statement of origin (MSO), and serial number plates for the body and frame (matching, of course), which you will need to title and register car when completed.

Total investment for everything listed here is over $18,000. Replacement cost is over $20,000. I will consider any realistic and sensible offers. Upon purchase, I require a non refundable deposit of $1000, so I know buyer is serious. We can discuss further details at any time, as for complete payment, shipping, etc.. Shipping will be buyers responsibility, but I will help in any way that I can with loading, or whatever is needed.

Please feel free to ask me any questions you might have, or for more detailed photos of anything. I can be reached via email, at blueovalfanatic@excite.com, or call Greg at (614)325-1607.
