Description: This engine is built by Powered by Ford in Orlando FL. with 100% new parts. PBF was an early pioneer using the Kinsler intake and working with EFI Technology to run their Ford V8 engines in professional race series.

Targeted horsepower for this engine was 650-700 naturally aspirated. Compression is approximately 12.5:1. Bore is 4.00” (block has not been overbored), stroke is 3.400”. All parts are the best quality and are NEW. This is not some pile of used-up race parts slapped together, no blow-ups, “timed-out” parts, not used “only one race”, not even “dyno time only”.

It’s a new engine built by a top builder with a long proven history in race and performance engines. Their engines/cars have been featured in many magazine articles as well as the book “Mustang Racing Cars”. A smaller version of this engine with the same heads and intake has run 9.39 e.t., 144 mph in their 2900lb Mustang with 10.5 tires. They’ve also built similar engines for professional road-race race teams in Europe.

• Zero time on motor. All parts are new
• For SVO A4 302 block bored to 4.000”, honed with torque plates; clearanced for the long stroke, decked with BHJ Block TRU; line honed mains, honed to size lifter bores, deburred & polished throughout. ARP fasteners used exclusively.
• Crankshaft is a Ford SVO forging, finished machined to 3.400” stroke, 2.100” crank pin, nitrited and balanced internally.
• Crower stell billet connecting rods, 5.400” length, bushed.
• Ross Pistons (forged) 12.5:1 compression with Speed-Pro ring set.
• Ford Racing steel SFI approved damper.
• Ford Racing billet steel timing chain set.
• Reed custom ground mechanical roller camshaft with Crower H.D. roller lifters.
• Wilbert – High Port TFS Street Heat Aluminum cylinder heads ported and polished, assembled with Del-West Titanium 2.08 intake and 1.625 exhaust valves, Del-WestSuper Seven Titanium retainers & locks, roller springs, machined steel spring seat cups, PC Teflon seals, ARP 7/16” studs, guide plates, Dove Engineering 1.6 ratio aluminum roller rocker arms & Jomar stud girdles.
• Moroso custome aluminum dry sump pan.
• Billet Aluminum CSR electric water pump; front motor-plate
• Ford Racing cast aluminum valve covers.
• Kinsler individual runner EFI race intake with linkage, fuel rails, injectors, TPS sensor & short stacks.
• EFI Technology ECU and wiring harness included

You will need an ignition system as well as a dry sump pump and lines to complete and ready to dyno. I can provide both of these separately for additional cost depending on your needs. $28K invested in original build (less electronics).

(I also have a Motec M48 based system w/ignition expander, harness, coils, sensors that could be used on this engine as an alternative to the EFI Technology ECU and harness.)

Currently located at Powered by Ford in Orlando. They can easily complete the ignition, sump pump mount and dyno/tuning.

Price is FOB Orlando, and sold “as-is” “where is”, but I will gladly work with you if you’d like to have this shipped at your cost.

$15K / obo
