They will fit directly onto a Kirkham.
Purchased for state inspection. Never really used.

I want to make sure that you are 100% sure these are Kirkham compatible. I have 15" Billboards and 17" DOT slicks, but I would also like a set of street tires. How old are they (time, not mileage)?

looks like tires are around 2006. still look good and no wear-but i know that's old so.....
they fit fine on my kirkham. i just like the 15" better and never used the 17's
