Under the hood: Keith Craft 408 stroker engine delivers 531 hp and 539 tq. Quick Fuel 780 cfm carb.
Build and dyno sheet included.
MSD 6A box. Holley HP 125 fuel pump. Fuel pressure gauge. Oil cooler. Remote oil filter. Six quart oil pan. Electric fan. MSD distributor and Blaster II coil. Serpentine belt and pulleys. Hot oil pressure 45 psi. Joe Gibbs HR-2 10-30W oil. Motorcraft FL-1A HP oil filter.
Tremec 3550 5-speed with Hurst short throw shifter.
Tires and rims: Team III 16” knock off wheels with BFG G-Force tires, great in the rain or dry.
8.8 rear end with 3.55 gears. Centerforce clutch. Four Wheel disc brakes with QA1 adjustable shocks.
In the cockpit: black upholstery, Moto-Lita steering wheel, Faria black faced gauges, black padded dash. Sun visors and wind wings, Chrome bullet classic Talbot style mirror mounted on windshield post and dash mirror. Ceramic coated exhaust system with 3” Classic Cobra Pack muffler to give that real Cobra exhaust sound.
Custom 4 core aluminum radiator, Custom floor mats, new four point G-Force seat belts.
Other particulars: 3M paint protective film on the nose, doors, rear fenders, driver-side mirror, dash mirror, Heater / defroster, wipers, wind wings, sun visors, custom-fit soft car cover, custom tag bracket, carpeted trunk, battery in trunk, chrome roll bar, bumper overrides front and rear. AC pedals.
Hardtop, removable with side curtains. Painted to match car. Black modern headliner. Custom padded case for storing side curtains, visors and wind wings in the trunk.
Registered as a 2002 SB100 in CA. Sold later into Chicago. In 2011 car was bought and drove to Alabama with a little over 10,000 miles on it. The new owner had the car completely gone thru mechanical with new motor, trannie, tires, radiator, hardtop, heater, fuel pressure gauge, Lokar throttle cable, all things mechanical. (Wheel bearings, new fluids, pads, alternator, Holley electric fuel pump, U joints, flywheel, belts, hoses, clutch cable, etc.
Receipts, invoices, engine build, dyno sheet and pictures available with car.
Always stored in a garage.
This Cobra has never been raced or track driven.
Paint and interior shows some patina.
Titled in Alabama as 2002 Spec Cobra 2 Dr.
I drove this Cobra to the London Cobra Show this past June over 500 miles one way. On the return trip I GPS the odometer and got 17.23 miles per gallon.
Around town it gets a little over 13 mpg.
This car has 22,012 miles on the odometer and rolling.
With the hardtop and heater you can drive this Cobra year round.
This Cobra sounds like a Cobra should, it's fast, it's dependable. You can fly into Nashville, Tenn. or Huntsville, Ala airport and drive it home!
