Description: 2003 Shell Valley Cobra titled in Maryland as 1967 Cobra for sale

(Please note the 'race' number decals and parts manufacturer stickers are VINYL stickers. They are not part of the paint scheme...)

Engine: New 347 Ford Small block (415 hp/450 tq), still in break-in miles. 10:1 compression, aluminum heads (60cc chamber 2.02" intake/1.60" exhaust valves, 190cc intake/65cc exhaust runners), hydraulic roller cam (.543 Intake .554 Exhaust - 218 Intake / 226 Exhaust duration @ .050 - 112 degree lobe separation), cast steel crank, forged pistons, forged I-beam rods, Edelbrock Performer RPM manifold, 650 CFM AVS2 carburetor, fuel rail with fuel pressure gauge, MSD Pro-Billet distributor, MSD ignition wires, MSD Blaster coil. CVF Racing pulley set, brackets, and alternator. ARP vibration damper fastener, header and intake manifold bolts. Ford Performance air cleaner & 14” element. Oil cooler and SS braided lines. Painless fuse connector. HD high amp fan relay. New FAL 2660 CFM push fan. The engine rumbles with a traditional v8 cammed loping idle. I could have saved some $ going to knock offs or off-shore parts, but I didn't and I have a stack of Summit Racing invoices to back it all up.

Interior: VDO gauges; Ammeter, voltage, oil pressure, water temp, fuel level, tach/electronic speedo, carpeting, bucket seats, 4 point harness, glove box, fire extinguisher. (Trunk mounted Optima battery with disconnect.)

Drive train: Ford Performance steel flywheel & Ford Performance clutch, ARP flywheel bolts, new pilot and throwout bearing. Lakewood scatter shield. Wilwood hydraulics. Tremec T5 with steel front and steel rear bearing retainer. Pro-5.0 Power Tower shifter turret, Hurst shift lever and cue ball shifter. 9” Ford rear with 3.5:1 gearing; Eaton Detroit TruTrac.

Tires/Suspension: like new BFGoodrich 245/60/R15 Rear, 235/60/R15 Front on American Racing wheels. double wish bone suspension front and rear, QA1 coilover shocks. 4 wheel disc brakes, Hawk HPS brake pads.

History - I’ve had the car about 7 years and drove it, lightly, mostly to coffee and cars and local casual meets. It originally had an iron headed (F7) 302, with a mild hydraulic cam. The car, like all AC Cobra/ replicas draws a crowd, smiles, and waves wherever it goes. People will speed up or slow down to catch the car to video it in route… Just this past weekend on a 1 1/2 hour cruise I was met with the usual thumbs up, honks, and waves from people in cars/trucks and even motorcycles.

The new motor took years to install. (I got the crate motor then never found the time to finish out the long block, remove the old motor and put the new one in, until recently) I’ve had some health issues and now find it hard to crawl under and around the car. The car is very stiffly sprung and I’ve not tried adjusting the coil springs or changing out the shocks. I’m the 2nd owner. I have most of empty boxes of the new parts that finished out the long block, some minor spare parts, the dyno sheet for the engine, and miscellaneous stuff I picked up along the way. (I can take/send more pics or answer any questions about the car).
