Description: It's been almost a year since this car was stolen from Daytona Beach, FL. They, the Daytona Beach Police Department hasn't done anything to even attempt to recover it, actually removing it's stolen (file 1) message from NCIC (the FBI's National Crime Informatioin Center) computer between Feb. 08 and Sep. 08, when I finally discovered it missing as an 'Active Stolen' message, and had them put the 'Active Stolen' message (file 1) back on in Sept. It appears as though this car may have been disposed of in non-traditional fashion, private parties, etc. If any of you, your friends, family, co-workers, acquaintences come across any parts; e.g. motor (partial VIN on rear of drivers side head and on front engine plate), C-6 tranny (VIN located on metal plate affixed to housing). differential-'pumpkin' (VIN located on metal plate affixed to housing, inner fenders, frame, steering column, obviosly dashboard (windshield), and very possibly and likely in many other places and other parts throughout the car, with this: VIN 1N53P137808, please call your local and or state police, and please notify me at (860) 639-6699, anytime (day or night), or email me at bparks1578@aol.com. In the meantime, I will go down to see my family during the holidays, and you know what they say, 'If you want something done right, do it yourself!' And, that is exactly what I shall do! File an affidavit and application for an arrest warrant/search warrants (which they never did) for this little Puerto Rican, riding around Daytona Beach, FL. right under their very noses that sold this car because he was just so hard up for money (wife died, no income, etc.), and, roll him over on the crooks he sold my car to, find them, arrest them (on speedy info...my own) and, hopefully, find what's left of my car, (also, arresting the idiots that got such 'good deals' (and, thus, knowingly received stolen property) on what they knew or should have known are otherwise some very rare car parts! THere is now a $2,000.00 cash reward for any information leading toi the crooks and any and all remnants, parts or otherwise what may be left of this otherwise very rare (one (1) of only five (5), now four (4) of these REAL cars left, out of only 595 made by FoMoCo in 1971, out of over 1.3 million full sized Fords; Broughams, LTD's, Galaxies, Custom 500's, and Custom's made by FoMoCo in 1971...a very rare, historically, and monetarily, a very valuable car that people (the Daytona Beach, FL., PD.) treated with the impunity and indifference of a stolen 2003 Buick Century. What they obviously don't know, is that I, now, specialize in prosecuting errant, publicly corrupt, derelict, incompetent, 'dirty' cops, and their legally responsible agencies, towns, cities, administrators, etc., for Constitutional, Civil Rights, and many other Federal and State statuatory violations of law in U.S. District Courts throughout the land. This is essentially the reason that I did not, at the time this car was stolen, have the time budgeted to go down there before this to get involved with this case. I, also, wrongfully so, thought that the Daytona Beach PD, the local State's Attorney's office, etc. were going to diligently do their jobs, find my car, and bring the perpetrators to justice. Boy, was I wrong! I know, that had I been able to do so, this case would have been made (solved), and, more likely than not, I probably would have had the car back in my possession, and, there would be a few more bad guys being sent upstate to reside with their 'cellies' named 'Bubba!' Thank all of you good Ford Cobra guys for your indulgence(s), and, here's hoping that some of you may be able to assist me regarding the above, captioned matter. I am,

Very truly yours,
