1966 Corvette Convertible Roadster, Sunfire Yellow, black vinyl interior, two tops (soft top & hard top), 540ci crate engine, Dart Big M block, 9.25:1 CR, forged SRP pistons, fully CNC’ed 315cc AFR aluminum heads, Crower billet hydraulic roller cam with Crower SS roller rocker arms, forged steel crank and H-beam connecting rods, Edelbrock Performer RPM Air Gap intake manifold, Edelbrock aluminum water pump, Holley 950HP carb, etc. Sanderson custom built 2.125” ceramic coated headers with Sweet-Thunder (less restrictive) sidepipes and factory GM covers. MSD 6AL and MSD billet distributor, Canton 7qt oil pan with windage tray. The engine dyno’ed at 626hp at 5,800rpm and torque of 646 ft/lbs at 4,000rpm. Keisler bolt-in Tremec TKO600 5-speed (0.64 OD) with factory-look shifter, Centerforce Dual Friction clutch, Lakewood scattershield. Engine, tranny, flywheel and clutch have only 600 miles on them, but were installed in the Summer of 2004. Also, new Flaming River Quick Ratio steering box and F41/L88 front coil springs.
Factory options include PB with SS brake calipers, rare PW, V74 (4-way flasher) and very rare headrest seats. Also, 15x7.25 PS Engineering Grand Sport replica wheels (not shown) with almost-new 215/65VR/15 Yokohama AVS dBS2 tires, repro teak steering wheel, Quanta repro gas tank, Koni adjustable shocks, factory front & rear sway bars, DeWitt’s direct-fit aluminum radiator, 3.70 posi. Speed Direct bolt-on fire extinguisher. New Lectric Limited wiring harness. Restored gauge cluster with recalibrated speedo. All factory BB ignition shielding. Virtually everything has been rebuilt, restored or replaced with very few exceptions to near factory original appearance and using all the best parts.
I have owned since 1983. I would consider selling car without the engine & tranny. Additionally, I could also switch out the wheels and tires with a set of fully restored 15x6 vintage American Torq Thrust D wheels. Serious inquiries only. $59,950 or best reasonable offer.
