For auction is a freshly rebuilt 1967 Ford 427 Side Oiler Original Style Complete Engine. This engine has been balanced, blue printed, assembled, and dyno tested. This engine has been machined and assembled with the same attention to detail that we use on all crate engines. All build sheets and dyno sheets included.
Shortblock
- Fully Machined 1967 Original Block - baked, tumbled, crack checked, pressure tested, sonic tested, bored and honed with torque plates (4.270), square decked, line honed, lightly honed lifter bores, oil galley modifications, cam bearings and freeze plugs installed, painted and prepped.
- Stock 427 steel crankshaft ( .010/.010), Rebuilt Lemans rods, Diamond forged replacement pistons, Mahle rings, Federal Mogul bearings, Melling HV Oil Pump, ARP oil pump drive, stock front timing cover, Ford Racing fuel pump eccentric, cast aluminum Cobra oil pan, original balancer, Ford Racing double roller timing set, and Comp Cams replacement camshaft.
Heads and Valvetrain
- Stock Ford Medium Riser heads - blasted, crack checked, tapped, cleared head surfaced, fresh competition valve job w/ hardened exhaust seats, new SI one-piece stainless valves, Comp Cams Springs, cups, locks, and retainers.
- Comp Cams lifters and hardened pushrods, Factory adjustable rockers with steel stands.
Misc.
- Felpro gaskets, ARP fasteners, Pent Roof Valve Covers, Original Rebuilt Carburetor, and Side-winder intake.
This engine has been dyno tested and tuned, engine made 490hp and 518ft/lbs torque. Engine has been, compression tested and leak tested. Everything tested great and is ready to be installed into your project car. Call with any questions
