Where is car located? The VDO guages - are they electical or mechanical type? Thanks

Car is in south Miami area. Gauges are mechanical except the odometer, which is digital.

Actually Im not sure.....think they are electrical. I dont think the mechsnical ones have a digital odometer. And they sweep too smoothly.
