Ford 427 Medium Riser Factory heads with big F casting. The heads with the Big F casting were sold to racers, and are a little different internally than the regular medium riser heads.
Casting numbers are the same(C5AE-6090-F), but the the 6090-F part is really big. The heads flowed much better than standard MR heads because the port sizes were bigger, but appeared stock.
Heads are complete, have a few repairs, but nothing in any ports or combustion chambers. Have been magnafluxed for cracks (none) and pressure tested up to 40 PSI with no leaks.
