It could and used to be worse a few years ago. The past year since the economy crunched they are watching them and have actually taken some in and arrested them. Also after several young women vanished in this area in a short period, many of the really bad ones have moved on to other places. The ones left are just more of a nuisance than anything but they still should not be allowed to sell their dope in the open and drive around in unregistered vehicles while the rest of us have to register ours. They only have two over there now that are somewhat belligerent, but they are careful who they start in on as to many people around here now have and carry guns and they know with their records they are not going to be favored if they start a fight. Basically, I don't bother them and they spread the word to leave me alone. And now the neighbor that they stole the guns from is on their list of people to avoid and leave alone, so things will get better, especially once they build the new police station. And they have to go several miles up in the canyons to grow and process their dope now as they can't do it at the house.
