In an above photo you can see we had to squish the round tube into a square so it would fit into the square exhaust ports. This is the first fitting of the tube to the flange. We tack weld wherever the pipe TOUCHES the flange (no sunlight allowed
)
We then take an air hammer and stretch the tube until it forms perfectly to the flange. Then we TIG weld them together. The flanges are cut out on our water jet.
