I am sure it will depend on the make of your Cobra. On my FFR it dropped right out the bottom. Take out the driveshaft, remove the bellhousing bolts and undo the rearbrace, slide it back and it should fall in your lap.

Getting the Tremec back in was another story for another day. Let's just say the my trans tunnell is a little more rounded than before.
