I wondered about this myself. I visit The Weather Channel's web site daily and I can't even get an accurate forecast for the day. I can't tell you how many times I have been caught in the rain where there was ZERO percent chance of rain that day, or worse yet, not driven the car because there was a 90% chance of rain...of course the skies were totally blue the whole weekend.
