One of our members here in Dallas does appraisals, Jay Nordstrum. He posts on CC as Jayscobras. I realize Dallas is a long way from Edingburg, but Jay attends the annual Texas Cobra Club gathering in the Austin area in March each year. Maybe you guys could get together then? Just a thought.
