That seems fair to me. Anyone that is committing the above has no regard for themselves or anyone else on the road. As far as I'm concerned, they should also spent a few months in jail to think about what a F--Kin' Idiot there are. I've responded to many calls involving them and it usually ends up with the innocent ones being killed. I'm all for a "Field Termination Protocol".
