I have had some imput both online and personal info. I'm expecting to get this going after the first of the year and go for that calendar of event's idea. Hopefully, we can get a trial list out to the local NWCC'ers and get back some conflict info like your dates in Puyallup.
Along with that I'm also looking for and closed Wineries (out of business would be even better) as both the Bishop of the North and Walt are looking for me to set up a western Washington "tour" for early spring.
