I think it would be a good idea for you to make sure that when you drive it, you get it up to 80+ mph and keep it there long enough to get a feel for the car, i.e. after the excitement of driving it wears off just a little so that you can allow your reasoned judgement to return. Check to see how it feels at that speed; can you feel any shakes in the steering column, seat of your pants, etc. Fixing "at speed" problems can be tricky to diagnose and expensive to fix...
