Not Ranked
We're trying to get everything round under some kind of load and also balanced. If you have a stand and dial indicator you can check the runout of your rims on the car. Factory specs can be excessive on wheels. Tires can be shaved to make them round. Balancing can be done to a higher level on some machines. I do our race cars on a machine where you can just push the start button or hold it down for a better balance. The Goodyears flatspot like crazy from parking warm on cold concrete. I would think those stands make a weird double flat spot. It usually shakes out after warming them up.
