hi there

i'm in south africa and would like some help with a start point for my cobra with the chevy 350.

It has four Weber 40 DCOE"s. there is a flat spot between 1500 and 2000 rpm.
There coughs and splutters during cruising.

i don't know there cam's as the previous owner whom built the engine pasted away.
i'm at 1000m above sea level roughly.

Any advice?
