I'd be easily convinced these are grand drag racing tires, considering who's doing the test.
I'd be highly skeptical about their street or road course manners.
Drag tires are usually purposely made with very flexible sidewalls to give them a larger fore-and-aft footprint length, and are usually run at relatively low pressures (sub 20 psi) to increase the footprint even more.
When turning, the flexible sidewall works against developing cornering force, and can make the rear break away suddenly and at relatively low speed compared with a normal street tire, or way less than a track tire.
If you use those tires for drag racing they sound fine. I'd be wary of using them on the street, and wouldn't even consider using them for a road race course track day.
