Did they make a convertible or is that a custom build?? The cars are rare enough, but I don't recall ever hearing or reading about a drop top.
When looking through the slideshow above, I noticed several cars that had stickers saying "still for sale". I wonder if that was a way to lessen the insurance costs? If the car didn't make the minimum because of damage, it may be cheaper to pay the difference to the seller and let the buyer deal with it.
The '57 Olds that they showed brought back some memories, one of my favorite old cars.I got a J-2 from my uncle when I was still able to say I was young.Tell that guy with the broken rear window on that mid-60s 'bird, I;ve got 2 of them here. One to replace that one and one for next time .
