while i can't comment on specifics on your car, i can tell you for NHRA the shoulder harness attach points cannot be higher that the highest point of contact on your body.
the between the leg strap must be attached to a steel frame member or steel strap under the seat attached to a frame member. the seat track attaching won't fly.
