You know..I thought about this bill and now am not sure if this is a good thing or not.

Last year, I was at quite a few car shows. At the one show, there was a guy there with a Factory 5 car. It was a really nice car. Had a complete drivetrain from a 2006 Mustang Cobra (or at least that is what he told me). Had a really nice interior also along with a stereo, A/C, and heater.

So why should this car get a title showing it was built to resemble an original? Besides the basic shape of the body, there isn't a thing on this car that resembles an original. I do not understand the reasoning behind it. So he can get special plates?
