CSX4910: I agree with some of what you said but your comment about me not be able to get over myself and that I have an aluminum CSX and others don't is out of line. Thats not what its about at all and you are misreading me. In fact, your the one that seems to have a hang up on not getting the aluminum Shelby. I have done nothing but say positive things about the glass CSXs. Where do you come off making those judgements???? Hmmmm.
You don't know me from Adam.
Also your right I'm not doing owners of CSX any favors "who appreciate all Cobras". Who said I was trying to do you or any other CSX owners any favors? If any CSX owner wants to consider their Cobra a "replica" as that term is commonly understood today or refer to it as such feel free. They can be as self deprecating about their car as they want to make friends here or elsewhere. I have no interest in making friends if the price is calling my Cobra a "replica" to make people here or elsewhere feel better about what they have. I have enough friends already. Thanks. But if you want to go right ahead. They'll love you here.
My comments sound like a broken record because as you pointed out I am confronted with the same comments here repeatedly on a public forum and I am defending what my car is as defined by SAAC and from what are intended to be demeaning characterazation of the Continuation series made by many here. Not important to you? Thats your business. Thats fine. It is of interest to me though.
I would like it to stop but when confronted with inaccurate comments about the Continuation Series here on a public forum dedicated to Cobras and Cobra replicas I respond. Don't like it. Don't read it.
Hey Rodknock: Explain to me why I should care about the what the "general public" thinks that aren't car enthusiasts and not interested in these cars???? Please I'd love to know why?
RedBarchetta: Why do you want to see pics of my car. Go look at a SPF. These cars are all the same anyway, right?
