I can't make any comparison but I can report that my Centerforce I, with the counterweights removed, is an extremely light-pedal yet very grippy unit. I've driven any number of moderately-powered OEM cars with heavier clutches. (And sometimes less predictable grip.)

I was not sure what clutch was in the car, as that info was missing from the paperwork, but the original owner recently updated me on the history and build. He removed the counterweights after having trouble with high-RPM shifts.

Not having driven a Cobra or similar vehicle with any other clutch, I can't make distinctions, but this setup is just fine for my purposes.
