It sounds like a great thing and I think certainly will change things in the crate engine industry, not from the Roush, I think people are willing to pay more for a Roush to get it from Roush, I think most people by a Roush to say it is a Roush and I cannot blame them for that.

But for a smaller crate engine building companies building a 427w specifically geared towards the kit builder at $10K, 12k or more (complete mind you) with no Dyno, no brand name to build from, rebuilt from a old block in Lord knows what condition, I would certainly think this would impact how many they sell or would have to review their pricing.

I like the fact it does not come with the other stuff and is incomplete, certainly thats adds to the cost, but I don't want to use FMS stuff anyway on the balance of the motor.

This is a great deal...I wish I had another project to dump it in.
