He is great to deal with, just get him on the phone. I know it's tough to understand, I didn't at first either, but he just has a lot going on. When you get his attention he is a great person to deal with.

So why doesn't he just turn his email and fax machine off? In this day and age (and business environment), it doesn't make any sense at all. I guess he's as busy as he wants to be.
