Thanks for all the input.
The trailer was built for bush work and I will be bringing cars home from each work trip I do (have my eyes on a FC ute and 2 Valiant Chargers)

I have the brakes apart and it had 1 inch cylinders fitted, the local brake guy has recomended smaller cylinders and is supplying me the cylinders and master cylinder.

So it will be returning to 4 wheel brakes.
