You can use something like this along with a vise: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/MSD-3503/ It works pretty well.

Something like this is even better though: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/SUM-900400/

I've used both types. Both make a very nice and secure crimp. The vise type is a bit less convenient though because you have to figure out the proper length for your wire and then get it over to your vise. With the hand held crimper, you can route the wire and make the crimp with the wire still installed on your car.
