Certain states / people are willing to put up with certain things I suppose. It's interesting that this is being discussed as something that could happen and the assumed context appears to be there is nothing the people can do about it.

All our "60% approval rating" Governor had to do was support the "stimulus" and now he is being bounced out on his rear end in the GOP primary for US Senate.

Some things are unacceptable to some people and they do something about it.
