Default double check the measure ments before installing the trans

Fatboy Paul Gald Bill is helping you out. Just recheck the measure ments. The other thing is on GM trannys the input shaft could be too long and pressing the inner bushing to the back of the crank. There is a installation note about ford motor and GM trannies that you need to remove .380 off the input shaft for this problem. Lake wood has it under their side notes. I did. As said before if you don't the thrust bearing will be worn out premature. Good Luck Rick L.
