The discs with the extra big holes are used on the Dana center section. Those two large holes are used to remove the calipers which bolt directly to the casing and not a an aluminum bracket.
Most of the aftermarket/replacement discs come with the extra holes.
The discs with the square drillings are for the Salisbury centre.
