I am not sure about there but here we have a marine shop that will make a top for any type car though they mostly specialize in boats. They custom made a top for a 1962 Cadillac that a friend of mine was restoring and it looks just as if it came from the factory. But they are expensive, especially the more work required to make the top look original.
