No one is elevating them out of any sense of guilt. If the Govt. had know the
oil was there do you think they would have given them that desert land? Besides, we are apologizing to the Japanese every day for dropping the bomb on them in World War 11. The Indians were here before our forefathers and they stole the land from them. WE didn't drop the bomb on Japan either as most of us wasn't around when it happened, but that doesn't stop the continual apologizing. I stick with my statement that the Indians deserve everything they get. WE still get blamed for slavery but how many of you had slaves?
