Don't they have reservation police that will work with the local law enforcement?
It was an Indian policeman that took me on a tour of one of the reservations many years ago. Lousy land that would hardly grow weeds and then we wonder why they are bitter. The tribes here have it much better and have a good working relationship with the local LEOs. And the casinos have really improved their living standard.
