I think the thoughts here are probaly more to the point. Aimed at trucks. But.....
I know the area in question and for some reason trucks stand on the exhaust brake - JAKE BRAKE - and it echos across the valleys like wild elephants.
Knowing the area - the domestic arguments, bashings, brawls,language and shootings around the side streets would set the the noise devices off first..
