A good price is hard to say ...gonna need more information.

Rock chips on the rear fender are "normal" for these cars unless you have protection for it: 3M tape, carbon fiber spats, leather spats, aluminum spats, ... If you are looking for a show car you should be looking at a new car, if not, sh!ts happen when you drive them, and it would be sad to have a garage car. What do you want to do with it?

Any spot where paint rubs will results in the paint wearing off. Are they in places that are veiwable under normal conditions or just whe you are looking at it. BDR has rubber stops in the hood area to adjust the hood height to avoid paint on paint wear.
