They are both great cars and the '67 and '68 GT500s are my favorites of the Shelbys, followed by the '65 & '66 GT350s. '68 is the last good looking Shelby IMHO (excluding 2007-2009). Not a fan of '69+.
The one thing that is FAR uglier on the '68s is the steering wheel. It's a little thing, but the '67 is just so much more attractive. I'd have a hard time looking at that every time I drove it, but I'd get over it if it was a KR with a CJ.
