What part of the country are you in? I think 39 is high for that combination. Give us an idea of how old the BDR is.... BDR 1xx 5xx? I'm guessing it's a pretty new one with 2k miles.

From what little you've said, seems value should be around 36-37 given the chips. Isn't worth considering new ones? You can get a stroker with over 400hp for 41k. See Jay, screenname "Cashburn" at Vintage motorsports. I've been watching BDRs for 2 years now, and just purchased mine.

I'm not an expert on pricing, but my .02 from watching prices...
