[No Time]

I am finally road ready. I want to make sure I am titled and liscensed for the driving season. I've talked to a secretary of state cop at a car show and I have called down to Springfield and got two totally different and confusing scenerios. Anyone done this recently? I have heard the process has changed. any help would be appreciated. After 6 years of building I don't want to miss this summer.
