While I cannot say that I get the point of drifting, I do appreciate the skill required to pull this off. They must have rather interesting progressive throttle linkage to get that kind of controlled tire spin. Does anyone know how that hand brake is set up? Is that just for the front wheels? What other modifications are made to these cars to be able to keep them (more or less) under control?

I also think that it is rather strange that they take an econobox front wheel drive vehicle and make it into a 600hp V8 rear wheel drive drift car.
